Miu Miu F/W 2010 ad campaign video

Hey peeps, I'm sorry if I neglected the blog a little in the last few days, I wish I will post more often from now.
Anyway, here's a quick post about the new Miu Miu Fall/Winter 2010 ad campaign video starring the ever-present Lindsey Wixson with the models Ginta Lapina, Daphne Groeneveld and Siri Tollerod.
So chic, so refined, so unattainable, so... MIU MIU!

Jason Wu resort 2011

I was amazed looking at the new Jason Wu's resort collection, I think it's my favourite one! It was introduced at St. Regis hotel two days ago and it made an incredible success.

So, let's have a look at it:

The collection is based on very sweet tones, is rich in bows (that I personally love) and shows many romantic dress, among wich I prefer the one that's worn by Lindsey Wixson (why do I love every item she wears?). I'd like to wear every item of this collection, from the apron-like dress (fourth pic) and the preppy dress in the second photo (it reminds me of Blair Waldorf, she definitely would wear it!)  to the nautical striped sweater and the tweed blazer with blue hems.

The 27-year-old designer couldn't do anything better than this collection: it's simply outstanding.

YSL resort 2011

During this period full of resort collections, as well Yves Saint Laurent has presented his at the French Consulate in NYC.

My favourite outfit of the show was without doubt this one, in wich Lindsey Wixson wears a butterfly prints dress with white and purple sandals. Don't you think those butterflies will catch up our hearts just as Miu Miu's sparrows and cats prints have done? I do!

Anyways, the rest of the collection is based on prim Bermuda shorts and skirts and the colours palette goes from old-rose to violet.

And finally we have two black and white outfits. Honestly, I find them a little out of place in this collection, but that's just my opinion.
